The Pure Physique Personal Training System™ is designed to help you burn fat, build muscle, increase strength and improve your quality of living with just a half-hour high intensity workout performed 2-3 times per week.


Our prime objective is give you a workout that will stimulate muscle development and encourage fat-loss while minimizing the total stress and "wear and tear" placed on the body from exercise.


The workouts and the program in general are intended to be safe, efficient and effective in getting you the results they want with minimal time commitment. 

 
• Workouts are 30 minutes in length.


• Emphasis on slow controlled movements, body positioning and intensity of effort.


• All workouts/programs consider each clients physical and psychological requirements, limitations and preferences.


• We do not subscribe to any training practices or exercises that intentionally place the trainee in a unstable position thus greatly increasing the risk of injury.


• We do focus on putting the client in position to maximize his/her effort and work the muscle(s) being targeted to their full potential.


• Our workouts/program centers around performing exercise that will make a significant difference in the clients physique, level of fitness, general function, and health.
